| Chicago Roseland area alert
The very first community alert was issued on December 9th through Detective Division in Area 25th District via ClearPath. It tells how an 16year old female was walking inside the 12,700 block of S. Sangamon S(932 West), when an unfamiliar male black offender placed a tough object in their own back and forced her into an alley where he sexually assaulted the victim.
It says the offender is a Black male, about 5'10, weighting about 220 pounds by using a light complexion and wearing a black mask, dark jeans and lightweight brown "Timberland" boots.
On Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at approximately 8:20 pm, a 24year old female was looking to close <a href=www.e-jemai.jp/img/nb.php?q=426>ニューバランス1400 レディース</a> her <a href=www.style-arena.jp/privacy/img/index.php?q=213>www.style-arena.jp/privacy/img/index.php?q=213</a> garage on 122nd street between South Michigan St. (100 East) and Indiana <a href=www.e-jemai.jp/img/nb.php?q=410>ニューバランス 1300</a> Ave.(200 East), when a mysterious male black grabbed her from behind putting a gun to her head and forced her to steer eastbound because of the ally. The victim ended up being sexually assaulted by the offender. Upon fleeing the offender stated to victim, "Count to 100" and fled inside of an unknown direction.
On Monday, December 27, 2010 at approximately 7:00 pm, a 26year old female, while walking within the 118th block between South Racine St. (1200 West) and Elizabeth St. (1332 West), was approached by an unknown male black who grabbed her from behind placing a gun to her head and forced her on the alley in the 117th block of South Throop St. (1300 West). The victim ended up being sexually assaulted by way of the offender. Upon fleeing Offender stated to victim," Count to 100" and fled with an unknown direction.
The offender was referred to as men black, 5'075'09, 150180 lbs, with a darkish brown complexion. The offender was wearing a black scarf, black sweat pants, black sweater, and black gym shoes.
Alerts are issued via ClearPath but residents appear not aware of the problem. Women residents of this type have to do the bull with the horn themselves by checking ClearPath, attending CAPS meetings and launching information that is required for in addition to the neighboorhood.
