The boys held on to plastic bags while Jayla sported a Halloween pail in hopes of catching some candy. The family attends the annual parade every chance they get.<br><br>

Port Arthur ISD Superintendent Mark Porterie led a cheering section of his own while giving support to the many students taking part in the parade.
