"Committed Christians may fall under sin, but a carnal Christian bathes in," insists the learned and celebrated Dr. Anthony T. Tony Evans. "He provides the mindset, motivation and methodology of sin."
Saints who bathe in sin? There's, insists Evans, "saints who act more sinful than sinners available on the market have their strategy to heaven." Dr. Evans <a href=http://www.integra-international.net/Files/menu.asp>http://www.integra-international.net/Files/menu.asp</a> Paul might say: "Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?"
Dr. Evans contradicts scripture by openly promising the sinning saint, that may be, the hypocrite who professes Christ with their mouth but who "bathes in sin." Friend, what demon doesn't necessarily bathe in sin? If Tony Evans' teaching is true perhaps heavenly streets of gold is going to be teaming with demons coupled with many of the sinning saints. If Romans 6:16 and also passage that follows counseled me that the scriptures taught using this topic, which they're not, these verses could be enough to relegate Dr. Anthony T. (Tony) Evans' sinning saint fancies in to the trash. Consider:

Good scriptures to consider Evans could be to allow him to deceive you: "Little children, let no individual deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, in the same way They're righteous" (1 John 3:7).
For those that desire freedom out of the chains of sin the gospel is a useful one news. For individuals sinning saints, however, who crave the best of all possible worlds the gospel is bad news. When addressing those professing Christians who insisted on continuing in sin Paul wrote by using a heavy heart:
Many walk, who I often mentioned, and so show you even weeping, potentially they are enemies in the cross of Christ, whose end is destruction, whose god is the appetite, and whose glory is due to their shame, who set their minds on earthly things. Phil 3:1820
"Carnal Christians" taking refuge in your promises of Tony Evans are not bound for heaven, in Paul's words they're "enemies in the cross of Christ." They're just theological clouds without water silently stupefying God's people into spiritual sloth and destruction.
